Chocolate Bananas
20/11/08
Yesterday, Autumn kept telling me she wanted chocolate bananas. I didn’t quite understand what she was talking about, so she kept repeating it, getting frustrated in the process.
She finally went into the kitchen to show me, proudly finding two bananas that fell behind the fruit bowl… they were quite dark brown. Chocolate bananas. Can’t beat the thinking there.
Banana bread is in our plan today!

LOL! That is too funny.

Eww!
I tried to sell my kids on “banana cupcakes” (they wouldn’t touch the “muffins”), and it worked, for one bite, until they realized the cupcakes tasted the same as muffins. Maybe if I add chocolate…or just *tell* them they have chocolate in them… they ate up the chocolate pancakes I made once (it had maybe a tablespoon of cocoa in it — didn’t even look any different!)
