My family is complete – again.
30/07/08
I laid in our bed last night, nursing Ayla quietly towards her sweet dreams, and between her musical little sounds of suckling I heard my toddler giggling while she sat on Daddy’s lap downstairs, being read her nighttime story and watching “just one more” Max and Booby (Ruby, to those that can properly form “r’s” when needed)… I listened to my teenager in the upstairs bathroom doing his nighttime routine, and chuckled as I evesdropped on the preteen as he talked to his fish, put his Legos on the floor ready to play today, and prepared for his night of blissful sleep, at home in his own bed.
My God, it’s good to have my family together again.
Now I prepare for my day, to be regaled with their experiences and a few tales about traveling Germany and England and Italy… but I can’t help but stare at them when they don’t know I’m looking, loving them even more than I did last night.

Thank you, God, for giving me such perfect miracles to hold. My life is truly incomplete without them all here by my side.

God said to Israel
If thou shalt say in thy heart these nations are more than I, then how can I dispose of them? If we say our problem is greater than what Jesus did for us at Calvary, then we are not walking in faith. Our problem might be sickness, sin or financial, but whatever it may be, we are to trust God to bring us through.
For the Bible says, “ Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all” So, confess God’s Word, stand on God’s Word and see yourself delivered.
The Ark will keep out the water, the Red Sea will part, Goliath will fall, the walls of Jericho will come tumbling down, because Jesus Christ has risen, He has won the victory. So, child of God, have faith, live by faith, for Jesus said,
“I will never leave you or forsake you”.
